We had an exceptional stay at this flat near the airport and NEC. the location was perfect, conveniently close to both the airport and the NEC. Situated in a safe residential area, it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the flat itself was beautifully furnished, with modern facilities and luxurious furnishings. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the host was very welcoming, providing thoughtful extras like a welcome note, milk, butter, jam. the communication was excellent, and the key safe made our arrival flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

One minor downside was the lack of another mirror in the bedrooms. As there were three of us girls staying, it would have been more convenient to have an additional mirror for getting ready at the same time.

The beds were very comfy and the towels fluffy. The flat was super clean, fresh, and modern. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute drive from the NEC. On-street parking was available outside. a very homely vibe and a perfect stay for easy access to the NEC.

The kitchen facilities were not fully equipped for cooking an evening meal. There was no table to sit and eat, and the kitchen lacked utensils and a colander.

The location of the flat was very convenient, being close to local amenities and train stations. It was easy to get to the NEC and Birmingham International from there. The continental breakfast provided was a nice touch, with fresh milk in the fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. Another advantage was the good WIFI connection which allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the property was a big issue. There were hairs in the bed, mold on the bathroom tiles, and other stains around the flat.

We had a terrible experience at the Flat Near Nec And Bham Airport. The host demanded an unusual deposit payment via bank transfer and was not happy to personally meet us. The apartment was not ready upon our arrival and when we raised concerns about the cleanliness and appliances, the host was unhelpful and even told us to leave if we weren't satisfied. We had to clean the place ourselves and the broken oven was a disappointment. it was a hideous stay and no compensation was offered.

our stay at the flat near nec and bham airport was a pleasant surprise. it lived up to the pictures and previous stay in birmingham. the communication with the host was excellent, and the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas made it feel like home.
